Dovance is a free tool for seeing your money picture. This page explains what stays with you and what reaches us.

Your numbers stay on your device

The calculator runs in your browser. The amounts you enter, the name you put on your statement, and your PDF are not sent to us or stored by us. When you close or reload the page, they're gone unless you saved your PDF.

What we collect, only if you choose to send it

Your answer to our question. If you choose "Just send my answer," we receive the options you chose and anything you typed. On its own, it comes without your name or email, and it never includes your numbers. Please don't include personal details in the text box. Answers sent this way are stored by Netlify, our website host.

Your email address. If you join the list, we keep your email and use it to tell you about new tools and bite-size money lessons. Your email is stored by Kit, our email service. If you chose an answer to our question when you join, we save it with your email to help us understand what people want and what to build next. Your email is never connected to your numbers.

What's collected automatically

We don't use cookies, advertising trackers, or analytics on this site. Like most websites, our host may keep routine technical logs, such as IP addresses, to run and protect the site. We use Netlify for this.

Who sees your information

We don't sell your information. Only we and the service providers named above handle it, and they do so to provide their services. If the law requires it, we may have to share information.

Your choices

You can use Dovance without sending us anything. You can unsubscribe using the link in any email. To ask us to delete your email address, write to hello@dovance.com.

Children

Dovance is meant for adults. Our list isn't intended for anyone under 18.
